Jd Terry and his team are AMAZING, after being done wrong by another company, his team came in and got us our home in 9 Days From start to finish we were clear to close and in our new home in 9 days. I still cant believe it. We are so thankful for Jd looking out for us the blue collar workers and not about the numbers but the people they are helping. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and are just good people. I dont know who is looking for a lender to buy a home or refinance or HELOC, but Jd Terry at guaranteed Rate is the man that you want taking care of you!!!!
