I have lived here for almost 2 years and my experience here has been great. The property manager has always addressed any concerns that I have had immediately. John the maintenance guy is nice and friendly and always willing to assist. I enjoy my place and dont have any plans on moving for quite awhile.

I have been living here since April and have enjoyed my experience so far. The rent is affordable and the apartment layout is perfect for the needs of my roommate and I. The only issue thus far is that when I reported an issue with ants they simply sprayed in a few areas without trying to figure out where they are coming in from. Nor did they ask us where the actual problem areas were once they arrived to spray for the ants.

Completed an application choosing the three month lease listed. The application was approved and they gave the rent amount and scheduled a date to come in and complete the paperwork. Upon arriving after traveling half way across the US, we learned the office was not open so we were left with no where to go for the night. Arrived the next day to find out there is no such thing as a three month lease but they "would honor" the request but the rent would be $75 per month more due to their error. She consistently said she was "doing us a favor" by providing the three month lease and didn't understand why the increased rent was a problem. We would highly recommend you be very cautious of you move forward with applying for these units.

I have been a tenant since 2022 and have had issues with the heating unit. Currently my unit has been without heat since 10/26/2023 with no resolution . A new unit was installed however there was a piece missing and I was advised by the property manager that the manufacturer of the unit had to take a look , this was early December 2023. It took an entire month for the manufacturer to look at the unit. Its January 15th and still no heat . Now another piece is needed but still no resolution date.I asked to be moved to another unit (although it would be an inconvenience) but was advised none was available.The maintenance here should be way better.Ive even contacted the city of Wilson and reported this because my unit is not up to code.Of course they advised they have had complaints reported in the past . I love the neighborhood and area but this is the worst experience Ive had . I renewed my lease in November with the anticipation that I would have heat . Upon renewal of my lease my rent went up .So Im not really living at my apartment, but still paying increased rent .Im lost right now and dont feel this company care about tenants.If this message gets to home office please contact me.
