In my experience, I enjoy my apartment, I really like the high ceilings, the floors and I love the kitchen. There is a lot of natural light and I really like the big windows and balcony. When I had an issue with my rent, management solved it, same thing with something that needed to be checked in the laundry room (adjust the dryer vent tube). I enjoy the common area and the gym.

Life is good here! Trash valet, dog park access, pool, gym, cafe with printers and Macs, common area with espresso machine I will be sad to leave! Thank you, staff, for being so kind.. always!

Edited: Please see how revengeful David is by lying on post. His response proves how vengeful he is.. Please dont associate me with someone else post. Waiting for your response. This also shows how unprofessional David is. Back and forth over a negative post. Thank you for proving my point.
They have so many available apartments because they suck. You will not only live with the people in your apartment but with your upstairs, next door and downstairs neighbor. You can hear people sneezing and coughing through the paper thin walls. Paying 1800 a month. The management here is not only unprofessional but seems to revel in nickel and diming tenants at every opportunity. Their vengeful behavior is alarming.The predatory nature of their fees is unethical, making it clear that profit takes precedence over resident well being. Save yourself the trouble and money steer clear of this apartment complex.

Amaya, Thank you for posting this review, and also the other negative reviews posted on other public platforms by both you and your friends. To address your dissatisfaction with the community, we were equally as disappointed in the condition in which you left your home upon moving out. It was communicated to you prior to you vacating the home that the home would need to be cleaned and returned to us in good condition. The holes and damage to the walls did in fact warrant a charge as it was far beyond normal “wear and tear.” Additionally, it appeared no attempt was made to clean the home as trash, and debris were left behind. All of these items are documented with photos upon move out. -The Team at Oasis at Heritage
