Janice Walston has to be the rudest, unprofessional attorney I have ever encountered in my life. Years ago my parents hired Mr Harrison from this office and somehow years later after Mr Harrison retired this lady took over my parents affairs. And the week following my father's death Ms Walston had a meeting with me and my siblings where she insisted I could no longer help care for my mother, who I had been helping care for prior to my father's death basically by myself for the most part, due to the fact that I live only a couple blocks away. Her reason was because im a man lol. Mind you my mother needs NO help with any of her ADL'S at this time and, other then short term memory lose, is in great health otherwise. She not only was completely out of line and rude, but she also told me several lies according to the law. How the state allows people like this to sit on the bar is beside me. When my mother found out about this meeting she was so upset. I already have vindictive sisters and when they threw this unprofessional attorney in the mix it just made things that much worse for our whole family. I know they have decent attorneys at this office, however Janice Walston is NOT a decent person or attorney. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LADY!!!! I'll be waiting for an apology!!! And a follow-up meeting with the WHOLE family. Next time please invite my mother, she said she would absolutely love to meet with you. Maybe then you can see what is truly going on here. It's called adult sibling alienation, and it's a real thing.

I hired Robert Roundtree over four years ago to take care of my grandmothers estate. He has let two people stay in properties for the past four years without taking any rent, without affecting them, without getting in touch with me in any way shape or form, I have called him multiple times. The receptionist is rude and unhelpful.
