Still loving my haircut done by Kensie at Mitchell's...usually see Maggie but she's not able to work right now...Kensie did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to try anyone who works here. They are all friendly and professional, and it's always a pleasant experience!

Keep calling for a hair appointment. Never get a call back or they dont answer the phone. Ive been trying for the last 3 months to get an appointment. I finally got a live person leaving Emilys name my phone number and still not have received a call.

I asked for a simple hair cut yesterday and now my hair is completely messed up and I am very upset. I showed this girl the picture and she did not do what i showed at all. she also ignored me when i said to stop cutting because i didn't want my hair to be a certain length short. Very terrible experience never going back. not worth my money. Service: Haircut
