I don't know who the lovely lady was, but she was wonderful. I was having issues with cream-based shampoos leaving residue on my locs. She took the time to show us many products before we found one! Sauce is the name of a cleaning shampoo. It works! I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance.

Every single time I come in here it is uneducated workers trying to explain in the worst possible way how to use the products. I was promised a particular dye did not require a volume or any additional supplies. I get home and open the box to discover the instructions and realized they had no idea what they were talking about when I very specifically asked for the ion color that DID NOT REQUIRE VOLUME. Over priced anyways. ALSO the Arctic fox brand is cheaper literally everywhere else that sells it.

I bought the L'Oreal Technique Excellence HiColor Hilights for Dark Hair only. I am going to use it to dye my hair red on Monday. I'm getting someone to do it for me. It was $8.00 and the developer THAT YOU NEED was $3.00. I bought the small bottle of developer 30. I was told if you have short hair, you need to use developer 10 or 20 so keep that in mind. I posted a picture of what it was like last time. I love it and can't wait to do it again Good Luck to you all who want to go red I'm never going back lol

I had a good experience here. The employee here was very informed and courteous. Although the store did not carry the specific hair product I wanted, the associate helped me find a suitable replacement. She seems very knowledgeable and was very enthused to assist me. Sallys of course caries a large selection of hair products and other items. You can definitely find some good quality products here.
