        The absolute worst bank I have ever used, honestly. The branch manager is impossible to get a hold of and theyre completely uncaring. Not the kind of people Id want to bank with anyway. Im moving my accounts to Chase where the branch manager isnt such an unprofessional and hard to reach individual. If SECU is a perk to working for the state, Im wondering why its more of a punishment.

        RACIST STAFF AT NCSECU! I went in a couple of weeks ago to cash an insurance check. I did not have a problem cashing the check that was a little over $2,000. The second time I went to cash another check, the teller, Natalie Pearson, stated that they needed to put a hold on the check. The teller beside her, Jara Jones, said that they put a hold on checks that are over $500. This is a lie because I did not have a problem cashing the first check for around the same amount. Natalie could not give me a clear answer about the reason for holding the check. I called later and spoke to a manager. The money was released. This was RACIALLY motivated. JARA JONES and NATALIE PEARSON are racists. I do not appreciate being treated like a criminal when I visit this bank frequently, until this happened. I am moving my money to another bank.
