Childcare Network

We have been with this center for 3 plus years. While it did take a hit during the turn over from privately owned to corporately owned the staff and administration currently in place are beyond fantastic! Even through the transition I never felt like my child was being overlooked or that he wasn't being given the best care. He has thrived at Childcare Network #324! We have loved everyone of his teachers and they all take great pride in their job. I would 100% recommend this center to anyone looking for childcare in Wilson, NC.

Too much teacher turnover. Since this ctr was bought by a corporate group the quality has suffered.

Absolutely do not recommend sending your children to this daycare unless major changes occur starting with some of the staff being let go and the hiring process improves! The director is one of the most unprofessional people Ive encounter in the 8 years of having a child in daycare. Instead of dealing with issues concerning a kid herself, she pushes it off on others or simply states shell have to get back with you another day (which rarely happens in a timely fashion if ever at all). No parent should have to file a complaint about the same issues 3 times in a month especially when it deals with the safety of your child. My personal opinion is that since this daycare was purchased by a corporate office, which is located in a different state, the quality of this facility has gone way down.
