I picked 2 stars. Why? Because the original dr I had was great. I paid over $7k UPFRONT for allllll my needed work. This office can not get it together to call people when their "personalized" dental work comes in... nor can they be bothered to return voicemails or emails. And I've addressed all of this with the office manager who still keeps calling me the wrong name despite me correcting her.
Again, original dr, dr helmer was great. But he's gone... (can't imagine why)

Everyone is friendly. Nice comfortable waiting rooms. Very busy so theres a bit of a wait.

This was a very welcoming experience. They squeezed me in to be seen due to a broken wisdom tooth and was nothing but sweet and kind. Ive had the worse experiences in the past with dentists being very abrasive and judgmental.but this was the complete opposite. It was judgement free, kind and I was even encouraged about coming up with a care plan after we took care of pulling my wisdom teeth. I look forward to getting the work done that my teeth needs and finally getting back to a place of feeling secure in my smile.
