Bed Bath & Beyond

Bought some slippers and used a 20% off coupon. The shoes rang up more expensive than they showed online. I asked the cashier, Cruz, if she could honor the online price and she said no, that it was a separate sale? So then I wanted to use a different coupon to bring them down to the price I expected to pay. Cruz rolled her eyes and said, well If you do that Ill have to return them and start all over again. I asked her to do so. Just trying to save a few bucks. She had an attitude throughout the entire return and did not speak to me or explain what she was doing. At the end, I find out she put my return on a store credit instead of refunding it back to my card. She never asked. It left me with $2 on a store credit. With the way she treated me, I asked for cash instead because I wouldnt be back to use the store credit and she said well I dont have cash again with the eye rolls. Finally my mom just took the store credit and we left. Quit hiring people for customer service who cant deal with the public. Her attitude was so disgusting to me, I will not be back.

SORRY STORE. LAZY EMPLOYEES. I went to this store to purchase the Blink Mini Indoor Camera. Online shows the store do have them in stock for $19.99. An employee, tall black male, finally asked me if I needed help. I told him I was looking for the Camera. He didn't know what I was talking about, so I had to showed him on my phone. I assumed he went to the back to check. He told me that he "thinks" they sold out. THINK. This was a week ago and online still says they have them in stock. This store should have closed, not the one in Rocky Mount.
