Sitting in the waiting room while waiting for my daughter’s post op appointment, I could hear the receptionists speaking ill of patients after calling In for assistance. They seemed more interested in gossiping than making sure my daughter got in to see the surgeon. I could see if they were busy and waiting for rooms but this place was completely empty.
Overheard was one them saying, “how black are you?”. This is not appropriate behavior for office staff and an f bomb was dropped by one of them. When they saw us looking in their direction, they switched to Spanish. You want to gossip and treat people poorly do it on your own time. Not while at work.
I wouldn’t come back here if you paid me to be a patient. If this type of behavior is acceptable by front office staff, what does that say for the doctors? If you recognize this person, without their mask at the doc office, she needs retraining on how to wear it properly, an office professionalism class, and a new line of work if patients bother her so much.

Dr. Isaacs, his fellow doctors, and his staff are a treat! The level of skill is unheard of and they truly care for their patient's outcomes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have never been to a Dr Office & sat in the back for literally 2 hours before Dr came in... RIDICULOUS!!!
