I loved coming here for my CNA 1 Refresher course, one of the best schools I have entered. Very knowledgeable at what they do and Ms. Ava makes sure you have everything in and her RN instructor is AWESOME. I am going back for my Med Aide

I had Brennan trying to contact them after the admissions lady got nasty n hung up never returned my phone calls or tried to contact me but sent me a email lying saying they tried to contact me never received a call and cleared my vmail out for that purpose please do not waste your time i order Books because i really Was interested in school only to be treated with disrespect and not even get enrolled on the class

Get ready folks, best joke you'll ever read in your life... They sent my certificate to the wrong address before asking where I wanted it sent. THEN, I received a congratulations email requesting an address for my certificate to be sent. A few weeks went by and I still hadn't received my certificate at the adress I provided, so I called them about it. They stated that their offices were closed for pick ups, so I'd have to wait on it in the mail. 2 MONTHS went by so I emailed them again. They emailed me back saying they sent my certificate to the wrong address (well, no shyt!) and that they'd resend it to the adress I provided, since I was having trouble receiving it (yeah, the "trouble" is YOU). So, I gave them ANOTHER address to send it to. A couple more MONTHS went by, and still no certificate, so I called. On December 22nd they emailed me saying their offices were back open, so I should schedule to come pick up my certificate. IN THAT SAME EMAIL they said their offices were closing from December 23rd to January 5th, and that I'd need to call and schedule a pick-up on the 6th. LMFAO. Now I see why their name is "FAST" Track. To be continued...
