I cannot say enough about Chris Lusby and the team he has structured behind him to research, evaluate, foresee plays while resourcing, communicating and documenting his efforts to the benefit of his clients. I whole-heartedly recommended Mr. Lusby to be the man of conviction you can trust your life matters with. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. I did not have the money in time, so I was treated like I didn't exist. As a result my child will be adopted by another man, and I'll never see her again.

These guys are the big firm - exactly what someone like me would like at avoid when I need help with a legal issue. They pass you from one person to the next and then finally tell you they will call you back. Sorry, if there isnt a big payoff for them dont waste your time waiting by the phone. That call isnt coming.
Went with a smaller firm that is more in tune with my small legal issue than their bottom line.
To your reply:
Your response that you couldnt possibly be The Big Firm because you have two practicing attorneys means Ive obviously missed the mark. Really? This has nothing to do with the number of lawyers you have. For a firm with so few people its amazing that I was shuffled off to three of them. All seemed disappointed with the minor nature of my legal needs.

Hi Robert. It is somewhat flattering that you would refer to us as a "big firm," but we are just a two attorney firm. Our attorneys work tirelessly in Court for our clients and some weeks are busier than others. Our great office staff coordinates with potential clients to schedule a time where we can connect with those that need help. Sometimes, that does mean our first appointment may be further out than some would prefer. We understand that this doesn't work for everyone. We are glad that you were able to find representation that was a great fit for you. Sadly, since we didn't really have much interaction with you I think your impression misses the mark. We care about our community and helping those that we can. We would have loved to see if we could have helped you, but we understand that timing is also important. I would love an opportunity to give you a call and explain more about our firm so you can get to know us. You see, because we are a small home-town firm these 1 star reviews do hurt us, especially when there might be a misunderstanding.
