That service I have like almost 3 weeks nobody show up and I call luck many time nobody answer the phone it's bad service

I live in the Kenly area, our garage was missed week after week after week. I swear I had to call GFL on a weekly basis to say "HELLO MY GARBAGE IS OVERFLOWING AND NO ONE HAS COME BY!" After 3 months of seeing this get no where, I decided to find a different company to collect my trash and thankfully there was a different option because frankly with the poor customer service and they dont even bother to pass by, its like what are you even running a business for? This is a terrible bussiness in this year they have missing services several time probably around 15 o more times. Nobody call you promptly. I have been waiting sometimes more of 3 weeks to get my trash pick up. Nobody notify you if they do not have a truck available to get your trash. I have a lot of trash that sometimes I need to take my own trash in my car to the special places that I have close to my house. This is ridiculous, They are not professionals dont do bussiness with this people is not worth it. You would be wasting your time leaving voice mails without any prompt attention.

Terrible service! Had GFL for almost month and every week I had to call to ask why my trash wasn't picked up the day before. I was worried that I had the wrong day, but many people are having the same problem as I am. No one could give me an answer as to why my trash wasn't being picked up. Finally, I was able to talk to someone that actually gave me some information and I decided to cancel my account with them. Unless something changes, do not sign up for their services.
