        If you are delivering here do not turn into the gate off of Herring Ave. Use the gate off of Firestone Pkwy that is the traffic light by the building. Drive around and back up the ramp.

        They installed a wood burning fireplace in our new home late 2019. The bottom refractory panel was warped. The back refractory panel is cracked. To this day it has not been repaired. They keep telling me the parts are on order, for over a year now. I wouldn't ever hire this company to do ANY work of any kind. Problems come up, but they are not going to stand behind their products or workmanship.

        I would give no stars if it would let me! Service is horrible! Logs were not installed correctly by Tri City when house was built! Then we had lots of issues like not burning, going out, not coming on and caused soot all around. Several times people came that didn't know what to do and would have to reschedule with another person that didn't know what to do. Had been promised that someone would be coming and no one would show up and never a phone call! Told someone would call to schedule a time and then never hear from them!
