      image They know nothing about the insurance companies they carry and represent. I asked about some information about canceling insurance on a car I was going to sell. They didn't know and told me to call National General directly. I was told one thing on March 30th by NG, then when I canceled on May 10 was told and charged considerably more. Called them after receiving bill and was told I was penalized for canceling early on my policy. Will not be doing business with them or NG again.
