Had the Urolift procedure by Dr. Brady. Everything turned out very well. Was able to get off two medications. Very good follow up with Dr. Brady and staff. Highly recommend this procedure for men with prostate issues.

I had an appointment at 8 am this morning to have a catheter removed. I waited over an hour while they were calling other patients that had later appointments. This was embarrassing and humiliating as well as unprofessional. Got a half hearted apology and that was it. No explanation or anything.

Small area for waiting patients, always crowded with stretchers and people. On second floor, not conducive for people who can't walk well or far.

worst experience ever! they couldn't get anything right! thought my son was 2 years younger than he was. dr. was very unprofessional. He couldn't tell me the name of the medication nor the side effects. they took a urine sample from my son but lost it so didnt get to test it. he got an attitude when i said i rather do some research on the meds before I put my son on them. completely dissatisfied! Will never go back!
