I called and asked if someone would be able to look at the front end of my car for why the tires were wearing out in such a short amount of time and whether I needed an alignment or something else. Whoever I spoke to on the phone told me I could bring it now, Once I got there, they told me it would need to be dropped off. At the time there was only three cars there, including me. Why does it matter whether I am present or not in regards to whether you can look at it or not and why didnt the person over the phone Tell me they wouldnt be able to look at it and It would need to be dropped off? This is the second time synergy has been the least accommodating. I liked it before it was synergy.
