Dr Mitchell saw me through a broken humerus. I found him and the staff professional, courteous, and friendly. I never had to wait long, even when it was crowded. The facility was always clean and well kept.

1st appointment was seen and scheduled an mri for knee as it was swollen and under extreme pain. I left on crutches as I was unable to walk. I told the doctor I took a week of vacation because I was unable to go back to work. I asked for a doctors note on that 1st visit and was not given one. Follow up appointment 1 week later after my mri at which point he offered to drain my knee (80ml of fluid) and put a steroid shot in it. I feel this should have been done on 1st visit to relieve me of pain. I was due back to work so he wrote me out for the following week. I asked for a doctor note my 1st visit and was not given one as I believe he felt since I took vacation time I didn't need it. Well to be out of work for 2 weeks allows me to file for short term disability. I asked again after 2nd visit for a note for that week and he refused even tho i was in worse condition the 1st week and unable to work. So now I'm out a week of pay when I was under doctor care the 2 weeks. Was sent to pain management and after going there. I was told by the pain management doctor that treatment would begin in 2 weeks and to contact my ortho doctor to bridge me over on medicine until my follow up in 2 weeks. Day 1 called and left messages for reception. Day 2 called and left messages for prescription refill Day 3 called and left another message. Day 4 went into office and left message with reception at opening/ called to follow-up at closing and spoke with reception Day 5 called and left message. Still no response Day 6 unable to get out of bed and go to work due to extreme pain and being left .untreated. Hoping that I don't lose my job and my kids arent homeless just in time for Christmas.
