So we were finally ready to sell our house and move back to Colorado. We met with the big realtor in town and was told we wouldnt be able to get what we wanted for the house. In fact he thought we would be lucky to get $20,000 less than what we wanted. So we met with Johnna from Branco Realty and she was so nice and after walking around the house and property she told us she knew she could get our asking price. While we finished a couple projects around the house and moved our stuff with the movers she placed an coming soon advertisement to drum up some interest. Once it started showing we had 10 to 12 showings in the first four days. We were on the road back to Colorado when Johnna sent us a large list of offers. We selected one and although it fell through (no fault of Johnna) she contacted a backup offer and we closed in a month. She worked most the paperwork electronically and the process was painless. Bottom line she got nearly $20,000 more than we wanted with only 4 days of showing. If you are looking for a realtor I know Johnna will do an outstanding job for you.

She walked around the house with us and confirmed she could get what we wanted. She helped us set a date to start showing the house and had a coming soon advertisement run so once we started showing we had 10 to 12 showings in the first four days. We had emptied the house and already moved out of state and by the end of the forth day of showing she sent us a list of many offers. We selected a offer but through no fault of Johnna it fell through. She contacted a back up offer and we closed in about a month. She worked with us long-distance and all the paperwork was easily signed and set back to her in Wilson. So bottom line, she sold the house for nearly $20,000 more than we wanted and had a buyer is 4 days. So if you are buying or selling you must give Johnna a call.
