Very responsive, and great to work with. Really caters to their clientele. Michael Vick is a pleasure to work with, and gets stuff done. If you need a house, hes great.

Instead of spending the ten dollars to fix the toilet handle he used a zip tie. Instead of fixing duct work he uses tape. Neither of these are done well. God forbid anything major breaks. He’s as cheap as they come. Avoid at all costs.

Mike Vick is a slum lord and will not repair any damages in the house we rented from him a door that's been broken in the laundry room for almost two years, fell on my foot and broke it and he still hasn't fixed it, all he wants is the money.

Avoid this company at all cost. They do not operate with any integrity at all. They will not make repairs to the homes that they rent and have no shame in telling people that they will not make repairs. My HVAC system is non functional I called to request it be repaired and Mike Vick told me they would not make any repairs. This company only cares about the bottom line. If you can choose another company to rent from please do not rent from this company. Very unprofessional.
