The security guard is tough but she is FAIR. I can respect that. The young lady clerk at WINDOW 13 was so wonderful. very professional. I Also want to thank Lovely lady at WINDOW 11.She was helpful.

The woman at window 4 was very rude and needs to be fired. I have been to her a couple of times and she is always that way.

This place was very rude. The guard startled me making me feel like a criminal because I didn't have a mask. I was told to pull my mask up after I had it under my nose.. I said I use an inhaler and it's hard for me to breathe, so she told me I could wait outside my health was more important and she will call me. When I went to see the lady at the first window she was also very rude. While she was doing something on the computer I was looking at my phone and she said I will need you to get off your phone and hand me your ID. I asked her why did I have to get off my phone and I didn't appreciate her talking to me like a child. She said you're not supposed to be on your phone in here. I told her I didn't realize that and I was sorry. She handed me a paper and didn't say anything so I had to ask her would my card be mailed to me and she said yes. I told her thank you and hope she had a lovely day but she said nothing. The world's crazy enough. Please do your part and try to be nice to customers..could make your day better too...if not find another job and let someone do it that will be appreciative and courteous. thanks.
