To all company/OOs I do not recommend this company to anyone. I have work with this company for 2 years and I have to say I was sold on the idea of joining a family own company. I was told that they have an open door policy (the biggest lie told), however I was never given the proper respect as an asset to the company. Ive lost everything working for this company, went into a hole and continued to work with the company, while going deeper into debt. Stan Woods president of operations is bias and has not nor will not work with the drivers! I drove for two years under the pressure of having my contract taken away simply for a complaint I made dealing with dispatch and the lack of communication. Stan Woods again the president of operations threaten me to my face, to take my contract away personally with no violations on my part as a driver. Ive done dry van, container, and bulk trailers with this company. I have 10 years of experience and I have never experienced the disrespect not been the target of plan such as this. Please and Respectfully reconsider this company. And I will be contacting the BBB to file a formal complaint.
