Lance is top notch! He goes above and beyond to find the best insurance rates based on individual needs. We started shopping rates because we were adding a teen driver. We ended up staying with the same insurance company but switching to Lances agency simply because we knew his customer service was unmatched. I feel confident he will exceed our expectations!

Lance dropped the ball on our homeowners policy. Long story, but he promised us more than he could deliver. Now we are out an additional $300 to our mortgage company who covered the month of lapse in policy. On top of that this guy charges a $200 fee to find Insurance. What a hack
