Absolutely, hands down, the all time best experience I have ever had with a big girl purchase! For a GM to open their store for you, on a normal closed day, just to make sure you get your bike! She worked her magic and I am the proud owner of a 2021 Heritage Softtail! Thank you Bobbie and the guys that came in to help with the deal! Very unprofessional. I was closing on a specific motorcycle, and as the process was happening, final details they decided to sell it to someone else. Bunch of lies, and I have been asking to speak to management she won't call me. These people have no business ethics. Bobby, I'm still waiting on your call. I got my credit run everything approved to then, not even a courtesy call. Shame on management. Stay away they are not honest people.
