Advanced Building Roofing

They did a great job repairing our fascia that was damaged by a recent storm! I have seen other homes in the area have new roofs put on recently by this company and the work looks top-notch. When we need a new roof in a few years, we will definitely be giving Advanced Building & Roofing a call.

The folks at Advance Building & Roofing brought super professional and rarely found attentive, knowledgeable, and customer service-friendly BACK to real time! After several calls to other companies and feeling like a sitting duck, my initial call with Tim W. was a breath of fresh air. He was pleasant, listened actively, and was responding to an email request from the following evening! Tim was on top of his game, very pleasant and willing to help. So I had to have an entire roof replacement and Tim seemed to sense my apprehension and frustration and went to work setting up an appointment with Cole C. the following week. Cole was soooo efficient, professional, and actually knew what he was talking about. The key was, he took the time to ensure I knew what he was talking about! He explained the process, answered all of my many questions (this is a roof, so huge learning curve for me), empowered me to make decisions about out what was really needed to complete the project and what obstacles and their potential costs might be once they got into the job. I felt comfortable and my gut was calm throughout this experience; there were NO SURPRISES and no hidden costs! Cole was an absolute joy to work with. Advance Building & Roofing worked together like a well-oiled machine. Tim was the initial contact which could make or break the deal, Cole was the project manager to get the people in place, assure the customer, and text, email and call as needed to relieve any anxiety. Then there was Steven; he came out on day one to handle the logistics, make sure the workers had the materials they needed, fix and handle any issues, and hold everyone accountable for a contractual ONE DAY job! A complete roof replaced in one day! They arrived at 7:00 am and finished at 5:45 pm. The roof looked fabulous and the clean up was perfection! Another thing that Advance Building and Roofing did was honor my request to secure my shutters and put back up three others. That was extra with no extra cost (rare again). Steven even called me when I'd forgotten to leave the shutter screws, just to make sure he could complete the job. I ran back home, gave him the screws and the shutters were up and snug that evening. Such a relief as the storm came the next three days, and shutters still up! The final cost was just as estimated, and it was more than comparable to the other three companies I'd called. These are young people, and it seems to be a fairly young company, but they do professional quality work and seem to care about that. I highly recommend this company, without reservation to build, repair and/or replace your roof, garage, attic, additions, etc. Money well spent. Thank you Tim, Steven and Cole, you young men are a DELIGHT!
