    They give kickbacks to their maintenance staff for doing the cheapest job possible. They also tell maintenance staff to ignore maintenance requests from current residents so they can open vacant units to get new renters. I understand prioritizing getting new renters. It increases revenue. I even understand trying to cut costs by cutting corners when reasonable. Its a tough pull to swallow though since my dishwasher had been spraying silt across my dishes and backing up with dirty water for over 4 months. They keep cleaning out a pipe here and there but its still happening. Currently its had standing water for 4 days. The maintenance staff have even admitted it should probably be replaced but alas, kickbacks for doing a cheap job.

    I called up to tell the office that our lease is about to end and we would like to extend for a month. Unfortunately, the lady who picked up the phone was telling me that my contract is supposed to be on a monthly basis instead of 6 month lease due to missing of 1 signature in the contract. I checked the email of my wife and confirmed that they only sent the documents to me to sign. I told the lady that i was being charge and paying as 6 mos lease. I told her it will be unfair to back track the pay which is in the first place i was already charge for 6 mos lease. The lady on the phone yelled at me and told me it is our fault that we have only one signature and they will back track missing payment. (Where in the first place they only send to me the link to sign) We never missed any payment for the past 4 years and we were treated this way. Whoever this lady who answered the phone was really rude and so inappropriate. Really had a very bad experience on her.
