When I walked into the gym at Active Life Chiropractic for the first time, I could tell that this was the place for me to start my fitness journey. It wasnt the fancy machines or the cleanliness of the gym, although thats true, but it was the atmosphere of positivity that Coach Kayla fosters in her gym. From the inspirational quotes on the mirrors to the smiles on all her clients, (while they are working out mind you!) I knew that this place was safe. I was ready to take risks again for my health now that it is has been a whole year since Ive had my first child. Coach Kayla was absolutely amazing in my first consult with her. She reassured me and all my fears. She guaranteed that we would start slow and build into strength training at a pace I was most comfortable. She is phenomenal in assisting everyone during their workouts by demonstrating the correct motions and form while rotating to everyone for one on one sessions so that everyones needs in the gym are met. I am going on my third month of being an active fitness member of her gym, and I am amazed at how this corner of the universe has become a home away from home. I am looking forward to continuing not only with Coach Kayla but with everyone else in the gym.

I love Active Life Chiropractic and I also love Coach Kaylas Functional Training Center located within ALC. Kayla works with the chiropractic team to support your overall health and wellness. Her programming focuses on body awareness and strength. She has helped improve my range of movement, strength, and coordination. Shes experienced, knowledgeable and encouraging. I recommend attending one of her monthly mobility sessions to experience her training.
