This was the worst customer service ever. Horrible communication skills. I paid for a car starter in November. I just got refunded for it today. I had spoke with them on six different occasions every single time I had reached out to them. I would have showed up for an appointment on Saturday and they would have told me that they didnt have somebody working instead of calling me and telling me that they lost their employee again. I totally understand being short staffed, but then you need to communicate, especially when somebody has paid you And waited 4 1/2 months. When I was told I would be refunded, it was in a very grumpy Unapologetic way they spoke to me after all I had gone through.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. They come off as not wanting business. Purchased remote car starter, and made an appointment to install. I got a confirmation text with the wrong time. I called to confirm the correct time, and they said they couldnt install that day, despite a confirmation text, so had to reschedule or they would just give me my money back and we could go somewhere else. I took my vehicle down on the new rescheduled time. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30, and 3 hours later I went to check on it if it was done. When I got there they said they didnt have the right parts so couldnt do it. So I sat in Bismarck for 3 hours for nothing. I did get my money back and will be going somewhere else.

The bill was much more than what I was quoted over the phone, and then they somehow jacked the volume setting up so high that the lowest level was still kind of loud. Before I could make time for an appointment to bring it back in to be adjusted it blew my speakers and amplifier out. Very unhappy is an understatement.
