It is one of the better hotels we have stayed in when traveling to Bismarck. The beds are not too hard, and they have enough pillows. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, and make your own waffles. Rooms: Cleans and modern. Nearby activities: Sky zone, shopping. Walkability: Close to 4 restaurants, Dunn Brothers, and shopping.

A very nice Best Western Hotel located close to some really good restaurants and some terrific shopping! Staff provided excellent client service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast area is amazing, well laid out, good breakfast options from cereals, toast and bagels, fruits, hot food including eggs, bacon ham hash browns. A nice selection of beverages, juices, coffee and tea. Great options to mix up your breakfast meals. Also providing a nice selection of vending machines for late night snacks or sodas. The room was clean, comfortable and well laid out featuring a big flat screen television, fridge and microwave. The pool area is really nice, very clean, many tables and chairs to relax in. A very interesting aspect is the motorized accessible chair lift to allow those with disabilities to enjoy the pool as well! Nice shower area and large wheel chair accessible bathroom. They also provide some nice wide parking for the disabled close to the front doors. An excellent business area with computer and printer access. Appointed with some really nice art work throughout. Pictures of Bismark in the room was a nice touch. Recommend this as an excellent place to stay! Staff always greeted us upon our return and arrival from events. Thanks Best Western and team We felt very welcome & will be back!
