We attempted to go through two banks prior to working with Tanya. The process with those other places was very long, tedious, repetitive with the same paperwork, (why? I I have no idea.) and just flat out ridiculous if you ask us. So we said forget it. A year later we were ready to try again. We went straight to Tanya. She made the process so easy and quick. We were able to close on our house in a very reasonable time frame. She was very helpful, informative and responsive. Highly recommend her for any of your mortgage needs. Thanks Tanya we love our new home.

After working with Wells Fargo for 3 months on a refinance, I gave up and withdrew my application. I contacted Tanya and within a matter of 3 weeks I was set to close. Tanya was very efficient and great to work with. She always kept me up to date on how my loan was progressing. I would highly recommend Tanya at Mountain State Financial.
