When I built my home 21 years ago, I selected a well known seamless steel siding firm from Mandan, ND. I selected this firm because I was told the that the seamless siding would have a lifetime warranty. At the time it cost me approxmately $16,000.00 for the siding installed. A few years ago the paint on the siding started to peel off making my home look terrible. I call the firm that sold and installed the siding and explained my problem and to see what the life time warranty covered. "The answer was nothing because the life time warranty was considered 20 years. What a ripp off !!!. I than ask for an estimate to re-side my home which ended up being S46,000.00. Through conversations and research I found the firm called "George Steward Painting" who agreed to strip off existing paint, prime the siding and paint my home for $15,000.00. I must say this is a 5 star firms who is very prompt, professional and knows what they are doing. The quality of their work is excellent. Because of the quality of work they performed at my home and their work ethic's, I ended up hiring them to do some additinal painting on my building in Mandan which again they done an excellent job.
