Moved out recently and had some very important documents mistakenly left behind. The maintenance man Eric contacted me immediately! Met up and gave me everything I needed the same day. Great guy! Kudos too you Eric!!

I am disabled single woman who live alone. Brooke and Eric have been angels from heaven. They always go above and beyond what their job description is. Brooke has helped with my assistive mobility devices. Eric is a remarkable Maintence Professional. With my disability it is very hard to do things most people take for granted. I feel that not only employees of this complex they are my friends. Anything I need they are there for me even if it is after hours. Hang on to the employees they make all the difference living here. They truly make me feel like this is my home not just an apartment.

First off I absolutely lovvve Brooke in the leasing office! She is super friendly, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about anything pertaining to Raven Ridge apartments. She is also incredibly professional, if I call the office with a question or any type of concern and she is busy at the moment she always calls back in a timely manor and is always polite and patient when listening to concerns. She also stays on top of things and makes sure that any maintenance concerns are sent to our wonderful maintenance man Eric, (shout out to him hes super busy but he still gets things taken care of quickly) and communicates to me if something needs to be ordered or if something might take a while to fix so Im not left wondering if itll be fixed or not. We have had extremely rude leasing office people at our old apartments and having someone like Brooke who is so friendly and professional in our leasing office is one of the biggest reasons I always suggest people should move here.

Still waiting on the refund. Been almost four months and haven't recieved the rest of the money. Please have the new management lady contact me and get a hold of me. Would greatly appreciate it! Edit, been almost a year and still waiting for a refund. Still owe us money. You know how to contact us and sending us the money. Not happy at all.
