        I had some questions on why my taxes came back so low, and was in Florida on vacation. Called before they were open because I figured I could leave a voicemail and Deb answered and was very rude. She was upset I called before they were open and did not explain what I had asked in an understandable and professional manner. I hung up with no clear answer to my question. I had to put my info into H&R block to figure it out for myself. Horrible customer service and we will never go back.
