We were greeted at the front door when we walked in by Cassidy. We had came to look at a specific Pickup so we gave her the stock number and she excused herself for a minute to find the keys and Pickup to drive it up to the front door for us to look at. The pickup was not what the pictures showed online, it had a big dent in the tailgate, and on the drivers side of the box, it had a bunch of scratches on it from lifting things into the box the way it looked to me. She was very pleasant and fun to work with, as soon as she realized the pickup was not going to work for us she asked if there is another vehicle she could show us. So we walked around the lot looking at many different P.U's being I had been online looking a the inventory. She actually showed us a 2020 GMC (which we were looking for) that didn't have any pictures of it online yet and had not been cleaned up. She had said they had this one but asked if it was ok to show us being it hadn't that it hadn't been threw the shop yet and told her I was totally good with it and that I would like to drive it if possible. Long story short we drove the P.U. home 3 days later. We are very satisficed with Cassidy and all of the team at the Dealership as well.
