These people are just great. I am a person who takes insurance very seriously. I research and ask a lot of questions. The people at Superior Insurance have always made me feel ok about asking questions or changing coverages. I became a client following the recent death of my spouse and father. Needless to say I was a nervous wreck, and I had quite a few changes in a short period of time necessitating updates to my coverage. It has never been a problem with these folks. They respond quickly and seem to really care that I get the coverage I need most.

Superior Insurance is the best! Shannon, Jenna, and Robin are very knowledgeable, patient, and super friendly! If you have questions on what the coverage actually means, why certain limits are chosen, whatever...they will explain everything line by line. They broke down other quotes I brought in and gave me a true comparison. And yes, they found me the best quotes! The extra step they go to establish relationships with their clients is worth something too. I feel confident that in the event of a claim, I know what to do and that I will be covered along with a great team to back me up. Don't hesitate to reach out to them! Thank you!
