        They are good when it comes to selling the insurance policy. Once you buy the policy, They will ignore you. They will avoid phone calls and never return your voice mails when it comes to claims. If you call allstate they will tell you to contact the agency. And the agency does not respond properly. They don't do business with good faith. They will also include all kinds of additional fees in the monthly installments. They will not discuss about those fees when you signup for the policy. Don't do business here unless you have lots of free time to waste as you might end up calling them for a whole day and not get proper help.
