        Rates went up by $50 a month for no reason. No accidents, tickets,etc. I was told that due to people making a lot of claims last year they need to make the money up.ummok so you charge me more even though I havent had any claimsyeah Ill be looking elsewhere for better rates. Not impressed.

        Underwriters are ruthless. Company has no soul or strategic vision. My family has had a decade of good driving records and on time premiums for both home and auto. After 2 smaller family accidents this past year - 7 months apart - they decided to non-renew because of too many claims. The underwriters have no soul and are a bunch of cold hearted robots. Theyll happily take your money for 10 years, but drop you the moment their computers think you are suddenly risky.
