It all began with learning our newly teenage daughter had two extra front teeth that needed to be pulled in order for her two permanent front teeth to properly be aligned along with the rest of her teeth. We needed help, so we chose Dr. Keim with Fargo Orthodontics. Simply the BEST CHOICE! He and his staff are AMAZING! They made sure our daughter was seen in a timely fashion and was truly comfortable with every step of the process. Through their hard work and dedication, our daughter now has a BEAUTIFUL SMILE that will last her a lifetime! Words cant express how much we greatly appreciate ALL OF YOU at Fargo Orthodontics! Weve had two children work with Dr. Keim and his incredible staff. The office is clean and well kept, everyone on staff seems to genuinely love their job, and we are thrilled with the results for both kids.
We were always greeted with a smile and joyous spirit from Stacy and Donette! What a wonderful place to be.

Dr Keim and his team at Fargo Orthodontics are AMAZING ! Keim and his team address all of my questions and addressed all of my anxiousness about having adult orthodontics and worked hand in hand with my dentist and surgeon as we worked towards orthognathic surgery. I had met with other orthodontists in the F/M area before deciding on going through the process and felt Dr Keim and his team was the right fit
Every orthodontic assistant i had during my various 2.5 years of appointments were kind, caring, and had interest in my progress as things moved along. All my questions were always answered, and my anxieties were always addressed, and NEVER judged
I have always been afraid to smile, be a part of pictures, or to talk much in public situations because of the embarrassment I felt with crooked teeth and a large open bite. Just shy of my 41st birthday, Dr Keim has helped in giving me a smile I've never been able to have, and helped build self confidence in my life, in addition to helping conquer my dental fear and anxiety.
My family and myself will always hold a special place in our hearts and minds for Dr Keim and his team for all they have done for me. I can never thank him or his team enough
