        Estimator Came to my house. Asked so many questions that dont make sense. He said I dont get on the roofs and I dont have a ladder to go up to do measurements!! Then he said I will take pictures and send you the estimate within two hours. Never happened. I didnt even get a phone call back. Then he asked how soon do you need the gutters and soffit done? I said soon. Then he said we are booked for a year due to Tornado that hit Bismarck. I was thinking if you guys were booked for a year, why didnt you say that on the phone rather than wasting my time and getting me out of the office to meet a kid telling me I dont have a ladder. Never again.
