Gateway Chevrolet Clearance Center

This is an update. My wife and I purchased a 2013 2.4L Chevy Equinox on 11/10/2023 with approx 134,000 miles on it. We really liked the car and the purchase experience was great. Unfortunately after approx 1,000 miles driving we brought it in to Gateway Service for a check engine light and discovered the engine repairs would be very costly. I contacted Andrew McDonnell and after reviewing the situation he agreed to work with me on resolving the issue. As a result, he restored my faith in Gateway Chevrolet and I have changed my rating to 5 stars and will return as a customer for future purchases.

The staff, repair shop, and Cody and Eli are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Highly recommended them. They will and Do, do everything and anything to make sure you are WELL taken care of. ABOVE AND BEYOND! I dont know how I can ever thank them for everything they have done for me and my kids. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! Thank you! I love My New Car!

Ryan Graham was so helpful and kind. He knew where to find the right information on the vehicles, and got me exactly what I was needing! He sat with me and visited while other customers were finishing up with Patrick, who was also very pleasant and extremely helpful when getting my payment to work for me. These guys were amazing!

Ryan Graham was great! He was very friendly, helpful, easy to deal with and patient. It took me a couple weeks and multiple test drives to find what I wanted and Ryan was always there with a great attitude and willingness to help! They dont check vehicles before selling! And rush the process and refuse to haggle on prices.
