By far one of the best places Ive lived! The staff are incredibly friendly and are available whenever you have a question. The unit was amazing and fairly quiet. Located in a nice neighborhood that is quiet and safe. If I didnt move out of North Dakota, Id would definitely be staying

Management doesn't take care of tenants very well. I was harassed by neighbor,and no one offered to mention a vacany where I could relocate to. Harassment continued,and elderly person gloated on her behavior with other people. My neighbor's living room window faced my whole unit. She spied on me ,stared,and threatened my beautiful cat in yard. smoking is allowed in units as well. The smoking by both my neighbors was choking me. There are no sidewalks for elderly to walk on there;there are big potholes on roads all over leading through complex. Not a good experience at all. I lived there almost five years,and the washer and dryer I was paying on,twenty dollars a month,didn't allow me the option to own washer and dryer unit. I paid for the washer and dryer,and management kept it,and will charge next tenant twenty dollars again each month to use. Sad situation.
