Sterling Pointe

Put me on a wait list for a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment on the first floor. Comes to find out being on a wait list does nothing for you. They will not call you and there website to out an application in would not work multiple times. Called the office and get told that there's nothing they can do and that you should be more aware that a waitlist is pointless. I will never consider living here ever again. No you guys do not contact people so your response is complete bull@#$.

Lived in a sun view unit for a couple of years now been really good until today. My car was towed from the parking lot. I was in a visitor spot, but still I've lived hear for a while. Of course can't get ahold of anyone in the office before it closed.

Sterling Pointe has modern units, very quiet, maintenance and management is very responsive and helpful. The 2-stall garage has been great! It's in a nice location, very close to grocery stores and main roads.

Taylor at the leasing office is super helpful and great to work with, the building is well kept, snow is removed faster than anywhere else I've lived in Grand Forks, and the apartments themselves are very nice. This is a wonderful apartment complex!
