Excellent quality cleaning and very easy to communicate with. An extra plus is that they are a local family owned business! Please take 1 star reviews from disgruntled employees with a grain of salt. Precision Cleaners demands dependable high quality workers! You will be pleased.

Very professional experience working with this company. They are very detail oriented and made my space look amazing. Definitely will be using them for my cleaning needs. Aaron and Taylor are amazing people and it shows.

I was looking for a part time job for the holiday season and because my son is having a cardiac procedure in Rochester this month. I seem a help wanted ad on fb for Precise Cleaners so I applied. The interview with Aaron consisted of 3 questions: do I have a car, do I know how to clean, and when could I start. My first day was 11/13, prior to me starting I have them a list of dates that I was not available to work due to prior obligations. There was no problem with that as I told them right away about these dates. On Monday 11/20 my mother experienced a medical emergency, she started at one clinic and ended up being sent to Sanford in Fargo. So I called in. I went in the next day explained the situation and out come. Work went well that night(11/21), Taylor said there was some papers i need for my first check for next Friday(12/1), but would give them to me at the office. I didn't get them that night after we were done. The next day I woke up went to my main job and felt fine until the afternoon and became very ill (vomiting and very bad diarrhea) knowing I was close contact for covid I told Taylor (owner operator) ; Taylor stated I still needed to go in. Ok so I went into the office to start the night and I again started vomiting in office before we even left for the first work site. I opened the for to the bathroom and Taylor was in the doorway and goes "let me guess you want to leave". Yes, I am sick ands should not be in someone's office cleaning knowing I'm sick, and could be covid positive. Well on Monday I quit I was still sick. Aaron (owner) became upset stated "We don't deal with Covid anymore. It's the flu. Which our kids and us have had and worked through it. " I stated "I told Taylor on Wednesday I my son was covid positive and I was symptomatic still tried going in vomited in the office and left. CDC still recognizes covid. There are still quarantine guidelines. Here is a fax for my paperwork . Please send them to me." Aaron them said "We will email your paperwork later, when I have time. Then payroll get your one and only check processed and mailed out within a month. We pay once a month. Thanks " Well now the pay period is different because Taylor stated I would have my first check today 12/1/23. I completed the tax paperwork and direct deposit paperwork on 11/13 and confirmed with them via text. I have requested this paperwork form them 3 times and they are refuse to send it to me or let me know when I'm going to receive it. A complaint was file with ND Department of Labor. Aaron had also called my dayti.e job no less than twice to attempt to get me in trouble there and threatening slander.
