      image In December I scheduled an appointment for the beginning of March. After receiving two texts and two emails to confirm my appointment and responding to them, I got a message the day before my appointment that there was an issue. I had to call them to find out that it was because they wouldnt have a dentist in the office that day and the receptionist said she wasnt really sure why they scheduled me an appointment when there wasnt going to be anyone there. I shouldve gone elsewhere at that point but instead I gave them another chance and let them reschedule me for the beginning of April. I confirmed my appointment through the texts and emails again and received a notice saying my appointment was confirmed. Showed up to my appointment just to be told they needed VERBAL confirmation so I would not be being seen today. What is the point of the texts and emails then? Why would your website tell me my appointment is confirmed? Receptionist also told me that they like to make sure people have insurance otherwise the appointments would be at a cost. Seriously? Like I dont know that appointments cost money. VERY dissatisfied and you should consider going elsewhere for your dental needs.
