Checking in at 10:30 was pleasantly surprised to find whirlpool open til midnight for adults and possibly strongest whirlpool ever been in which felt great and then saw I could run across parking lot to order from subway til midnight and was impressed with how clean and everything available and quick. For the price I would stay here again for sure as Im pretty low maintenance

The hotel desperately needs an update and I'm not talking decor. There's a permanent smell that you can't pinpoint. The tubs are cracked, showerheads broken, mold in weird places, heaters/ac dont work, and carpet is disease city. I spilled on the floor and the towel I used to dry it came up BLACK. The linen is dated and old. 2 queen bed rooms have exactly 2 towels. If you ask for extra towels you are getting exactly *1* towel because you are a bad person to demand something so difficult. You're an inconvenience if you inform front desk that your room is dirty. That's simply not their problem. The staff are NOT there to help you. There is zero professionalism, especially in management. If the staff is nice it's because you're a frequent guest. The bar food is frozen and takes half an hr to make and thats IF the staff are up to serving you. The breakfast sausage was clearly reheated from 2 mornings ago as it was hard enough to chisel diamonds. Also learned that if any employee that quits the owner slashes their last paycheck in half as retaliation. Illegal af? Safety: Anyone can say they are in your room and the front desk does NOT security check they just give them the key. No questions, just yeah sure heres a key. Walkability: You're less than a mile away from the hospital incase you get food poisoning or some disease from the filth. Food & drinks: The bar food is frozen and takes half an hr to make and thats IF the staff are up to serving you. The spring and summer have red bugs everywhere that housekeeping does not clean up.

Great homestyle breakfast, clean, always staff nearby... Noteworthy details: Nice work out area, comfy area to sit and lounge with fellow travelmates
