The experience we have had with Greenworks, from the initial phone call to the completed project, exceeded our expectations. We moved from Arizona, and decided on a new build here in Grand Forks. The last touch was the fence and deciding on Greenworks as the company to install it will be a decision we NEVER regret. Thor and his team came out to measure and give us a quote. The kindness, patience in our indecisiveness, and professional input, made us feel comfortable and settled any apprehension we may have had about the quality of product and workmanship we were going to receive. When the work started, it was completed in a timely fashion by a team that was always smiling and putting forth an amazing effort. The final product was cleaned and checked for any weaknesses or flaws. There were none. We also enjoyed an engaging conversation with the office staff. Which shows an all around expectation if how Greenworks vets their team for success. The ease of a payment plan is very considerate of the company, and we appreciated that from them. Greenworks has a family friendly approach to business and that was and will always be a welcoming way to business within a community. We loved the great energy from the employees, the quality of work, and the attentiveness from Greenworks. We were inspired to bake so many delicious treats for the hard workers of this company.

After checking with a few other companies in the area, we happily decided to contract with Greenworks. Jon, the owner, was there with us every step of the way. He made the process feel friendly, equal, and informed, as though we mattered and weren't just another account on his books. His crew was timely, friendly, and picked up after themselves. They even took care of some brush i had been meaning to deal with. Plus, it happened so quickly! One day they were marking the site and boom! Magical beautiful hardscaping.
