Horrible please never rent here. Edit to the owner because I would like this to be public for any would be tenants. The reason for the 1 star;
1. Hallway smelt like a gas leak and they did not care.
2. I was required to pay more then my monthly rent in fees after the security deposit was taken out.
3. If you have more then one tenant the second person gets no parking what so ever and is forced to find unclaimed parking else where.
4. During the inspection they tried to claim the apartment was dirty because I forgot to take the lint of the lint trap.
5. Sidewalk outside apartment was never salted so getting in and out was always a falling hazard.

Melanie was so helpful with the move in process, from the first phone call to move in date. She went over the lease thoroughly and answered all my questions.
