We sincerely apologize that your recent encounter with our service did not meet your expectations. Ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction is our foremost commitment, and we highly appreciate your feedback.Upon receiving three cylinders for resealing, our comprehensive service included basic rod polishing, barrel honing, resealing with all-new seals, and oil testing to ensure no leaks. Throughout the rebuild process, no bushings were removed, nor did our records indicate any missing bushings.Subsequently, when you reported a missing bushing in the rod end of one of the cylinders a week later, we clarified our standard procedure, emphasizing that bushings are not typically removed during cylinder resealing. Despite this, we promptly offered to replace the missing bushing at no cost during your recent visit.While the replacement bushing may appear different from the original due to the cylinders' age, we assure you that it will perform as effectively, if not better. We also addressed your concern about a minor mark on the wiper seal, clarifying that it was not torn or damaged in a manner that would compromise performance.Despite our efforts to resolve issues affecting cylinder performance, we understand that your satisfaction has not been fully met. Please be assured that your contentment remains our utmost priority, and we are committed to assisting you in any way possible to address your concerns.
