Okay, the proprietor is friendly enough, but my god this place. We held our breath for our stay, used some of the bath towels to clean the filth off of a couple surfaces so we could set our luggage there. No cold water at the sink, the valve was off. I turned it on so disgusting black crud could flow from the faucet.
The room next door was being cleaned. The door was left open with a candle burning inside.
Surrounding area full of trash, glass, general garbage. We are truly sorry we did not look at the room before booking.

Basic rooms, no frills. Great toilet paper! Manager Jim was very friendly. Coffee, toast and cereal available but is next door to a Dakota Farms cafe.
